Gamesheets

Game sheets are to be printed from this website.  Your rosters will be auto-populated and you will be able to print your game sheets by the Thursday prior to the start of your competition.

To find your game sheets:
  • Use the standings drop down and click on your competition
  • On the next page, click “schedule”, this will bring up the division schedule
  • Each game will have a link to the Home and Visitor game sheets.  Click the links for your team’s games and print off the sheets.  Please check these rosters for accuracy ahead of the competition, as no names can be handwritten onto your rosters.
    • Jersey numbers can be altered/added, and names of players/coaches not attending can be crossed off manually.
Pools of Three, Semi Finals, Finals and Placement Games
Please note that you will need to bring game sheets to all your games.  The game sheets for some games will not populate onto the website until after the results of previous games have been entered.  Therefore you can print out game sheets with your roster but blank game information by following these instructions:
  • Use the standings drop down and click on your competition
  • At the top left right under the Provincial Championships logo Go to Menu -> Teams -> select your team
  • Go to Menu -> Player Roster and then click on “Printable Game Sheet”.  You can then print off as many copies of this blank game sheet as you may need.  It is a good idea to bring a few extra to the competition.
    • Game information at the top of these game sheets can be manually filled in / altered as required.
Filling Out Your Game Sheets
Teams are expected to fill out each game sheet neatly and completely.  Please mark your starting goalkeeper with “GK”. Please cross off any players or team staff members that are not present at the game.  If your team has a 5th alternate staff member on your roster, please make sure you have crossed off at least one staff so that no more than four are listed for each game.  If any player/team staff member is suspended, please clearly note this beside their name.

At the end of each game, the field marshal will retrieve the game sheets from the game officials and return them to competition headquarters.  You will not be provided with a hard copy of the completed game sheet.  If you would like a copy, please take a picture of the game sheet(s) after the game.  Once the Alberta Soccer Representative has entered the game statistics a facsimile of the game sheet will also be available online.  Please be sure to check the online results and report any problems to the Alberta Soccer representative.
